CrossFit

river rock CrossFit affiliate began in march 2023.

CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional training program that incorporates elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises. personal training - 1 on 1 training for you, guided towards helping you achieve your fitness goals. these are 45 minute sessions.

Pre & Post Natal- Our mums and bubs classes are designed to keep the mum to be moving for as long as possible and then get them back in the gym asap. bring the kids along and enjoy some socialising while you exercise.

Breathing Coaching- it all starts and ends with the breath. sickness to wellness, poor to great performance in life and on the playing field all are dictated by the breath. We offer breathing training for athletes as well as breth therapy sessions.
